I always like to keep some healthy popsicles on hand in my freezer for the kids. They can pack a nutrition-punch but the kids think they’re getting a sweet treat!

I don’t really have a recipe for popsicles. I just combine frozen bananas with another frozen fruit such as berries or mango. Then I’ll add some sneaky greens in there. Either kale or spinach usually. Not too much but just enough so they’re getting some healthy nutrition in their frozen snack. Avocado also combines really well with frozen bananas. For an added boost of protein I might add some full-fat, plain Greek yoghurt or even a couple of tablespoons of Vital Proteins collagen peptides. Simply whiz together in a blender or food processor then scoop into popsicle molds and store in the freezer!
