Do I have to purchase supplements in order to join the Six Week Slim Down and have it be a success?

There is a detoxification program that I use with the majority of my one-on-one clients that I highly suggest you purchase once you join The Six Week Slim Down. This is at an additional cost beyond the cost of The Six Week Slim Down itself. Purchasing this detox will significantly improve your results but having said this, it isn't mandatory. The cost ranges, depending on where you are in the word, but is about $190 CAD, $150 USD, or $114 AUD. When you add this to the cost of this program you are still getting a steal of a deal considering working with me one on one is more than four times the cost of this program PLUS additional supplements on top, (usually including this cleanse and more).

I'm vegan/vegetarian - is this program right for me?
I haven't made this program for vegetarians or vegans. The meal plans include animal products as I believe the majority of people do well with animal products in their diet. Now, this isn't to say that everyone does poorly on a vegan or vegetarian diet – not at all! But in my experience most do well when they incorporate some animal protein, especially when it comes to weight loss. You are welcome to still join, of course. I respect your decision however, please know I can't tailor-make a vegan or vegetarian meal plan for you for this six week program.
I’m busy – how am I going to be able to fit all this in?
Listen, I understand busy. Trust me; I’m a working mum of two young girls. If anyone gets it I do, and that’s why all the recipes I have provided to you and meal suggestions are as simple as can be without compromising on flavour and health. I also try to make my meals suitable for the entire family (most of the recipes I provide you are recipes that I myself cook and often use in my weekly meal rotations at home), so you won’t be slaving away in the kitchen cooking multiple meals for multiple mouths. I won’t lie: planning ahead is a must if you want to keep yourself and your family fed healthfully, that’s why I suggest you meal plan each week. At the end of the day my question to you is: how can you not afford to find the time for becoming healthy?

I'm breastfeeding. Should I join the program?
Truth be told if you're still breastfeeding you may wish to wait until you're finished as this program isn't made for breastfeeding mamas and it includes a detoxification portion that isn't suitable for breastfeeding mamas. 
Will I really lose weight on this program? What if I don’t?

Please understand six weeks is not a long time compared to how long it took you to get to the point in your health you are at now. For this reason, some people might need to continue the program for longer in order to see their desired results. My program is designed to get you started on the right path. It gives you all the tools you need to succeed. And here’s the thing: my program will work – IF – YOU do the work. It won’t work if you sign up and don’t put in the effort.
