• 1 orange, peeled but with some white pith left on
  • 1/2 C strawberries OR raspberries 
  • 2 TBS hemp seeds (aka “hemp hearts”)
  • 2 TBS hydrolyzed collagen (I like Great Lakes or Vital Proteins)
  • 1.5 C filtered water
  • 1/4 C full-fat coconut milk 


  • Blend all together until smooth and enjoy!


  • For an extra nutritional boost and to make this a green smoothie simply add a handful of greens of choice. Spinach would go nicely with this smoothie.
