- 1 orange, peeled but with some white pith left on
- 1/2 C strawberries OR raspberries
- 2 TBS hemp seeds (aka “hemp hearts”)
- 2 TBS hydrolyzed collagen (I like Great Lakes or Vital Proteins)
- 1.5 C filtered water
- 1/4 C full-fat coconut milk
- Blend all together until smooth and enjoy!
- For an extra nutritional boost and to make this a green smoothie simply add a handful of greens of choice. Spinach would go nicely with this smoothie.
