In this episode I talk about my favourite gut test: the GI MAP.

I explain why I love this particular gut test, what it shows us, what some of these markers mean, and why it’s so important to run gut testing on yourself – even if you don’t have GI symptoms.

I also explain why I believe a hormone test alone is never enough – yes, even when we’re working to balance our hormones! In fact, a hormone test is not the first test I would recommend when you’re working to balance your hormones – and I explain why on this episode.
