Ingredients
Dry:
- 3/4 C coconut flour
- 2 TBS tapioca starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ½ salt
Wet:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C maple syrup
- 2 TBS coconut oil OR melted butter
- 1 C sweet potato steamed and pureed (this is the orange not white veggie)
- 1 tsp real vanilla essence
- ½ C almond milk – room temperature
Instructions:
- Preheat: oven to 375 degrees F
- Mix: wet ingredients together
- Mix: dry ingredients together
- Combine: wet with dry ingredients
- Bake: for about 40 – 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
