There are many NON-TRUTHS the ‘experts' have told you:

  • red meat is bad for us,
  • cholesterol will kill us,
  • plant-based diets are best,
  • eat margarine,
  • use vegetable oils…
  • functional medicine is “quackery”,
  • you can't support your immune system with food & supplements…

They've also told you that salt is bad for you.   It's not. 

Sodium helps regulate cell membrane permeability, aids nerve function, is required or HCL production, assists in absorption of nutrients & water…

And sodium can also help LOWER blood pressure in some individuals.
