What I’ve witnessed is that women want more time – BEFORE the holidays – to cement healthy habits & get themselves into an optimal health state before the festivities hit. It’s a good idea to go into the holidays with robust health because ultimately we may indulge a little during the holidays.
Also, around the holidays my team & I take a well deserved break. Everyone shuts down for a week or so over Christmas & new years so I wanted to give you an extra month – on us – free of charge – because the holidays aren’t a normal time of year.
