On this episode I’m talking about self supplementing and why this can sometimes be dangerous. We’ll dive into vitamin D, DIM, and selenium. There are other supplements to be wary of too, but a lot of women are taking these particular three so I wanted to get you thinking about whether you really should be and how to know for sure.

Blindly supplementing without testing can be problematic and these – albeit “natural” – health supplements that are easy to come by may not always be completely benign.
