On this episode I spoke with Oromyofacial Myologist and Speech Therapist, Robynann Williams.

This episode was mind-blowing!

We spoke about how the tongue is connected to your face structure, your breathing, even your toes!

We spoke about teeth clenching, (it's not all parasites and stress related) and how your tongue position can affect your hunched shoulders as well as back and neck tension.

We also spoke about tongue tie and the epidemic of small jaws and elongated face shapes and why this is occuring – and how to prevent it. This is a must-listen also for those with crowded teeth too. There is a reason the teeth are crowded and just straightening them isn't always the long-term solution.
