Did you know that protein has a vital role in building muscle and overall health?

But to be honest, most people are undereating it which can ultimately cause a lot of issues for us as we age. I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of prioritizing your health in your 40s to prevent chronic disease later in life and making sure you are eating enough protein is a great place to start. 

In this episode of the Hormone Balance Solution podcast I teach you how eating more protein and building muscle mass is going to be a huge weapon against chronic disease.

Protein helps us to feel full and satiated. Protein helps stabilize our blood sugar. Protein supports muscle synthesis so if we aren't taking in enough protein, the building of muscle in our body, is going to become increasingly harder as we age.
