Makes about 8 pancakes
5 grams of protein per pancake
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/3 C gluten-free oats
- 3 TBS melted butter
- 1 tsp real vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 3 TBS hemp seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon – optional
Method
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Heat pan on medium-low and melt some butter.
- Turn pan down to low, pour mixture in, in 2 small-ished sized pancakes, and cook for about 3 mins each side, depending on how hot your stove is.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- To give them an even bigger protein boost, smear them in nut butter to eat.
