This is a 2 part episode in which I discuss the very important topic of the dangers of birth control pills that you may not be aware of.
Unfortunately, this information isn’t readily available, which in my opinion is a crime.
This is why I ask that you share this episode with as many female friends and family members you can, so we can spread this knowledge and hopefully prevent some nasty side effects from women who take the pill when there are other safer alternatives they can explore. In this episode I speak about:
- The increased risk of blood clots and stroke in those taking the pill
- The negative impact of the pill on bone health, libido, metabolic health and more
- The adverse impact of the pill on mental health
- The impact of the pill on various nutrients in the body
- The long-term consequences of taking the pill on thyroid health
- The increased risk of certain cancers that can occur when on the pill
- The significant increased risk of inflammatory bowel disease when taking the pill, which has been known about since the 70’s
… and a ton more.
