Balanced blood sugar is foundational to hormonal balance and also to your overall health in general. It’s one of the foundational things we must do first, before we can even hope to overcome our symptoms and improve our health.

Not only is balancing our blood sugar a hormone supportive foundation, but having imbalanced blood sugar is also extremely dangerous – especially as we enter into our 40’s and beyond. And the thing is, your blood sugar is probably imbalanced.

Consistant, balanced blood sugar takes some effort.

You see, it does take some effort to consistently balance blood sugar, but this is such an important thing you need to do if you don’t want to feel like crap or set yourself up for disease states later in life like dementia, weight gain, Type 2 Diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, (strokes and heart attacks etc).
